SWAN Partners with Navy Federal Credit Union for Women's Month

Washington D.C.: We at Service Women's Action Network are excited to officially announce our partnership with Navy Federal Credit Union for Women's History Month! Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) is the world's largest credit union with 10.8 million members and has over 32,000 employees. It has 345 branches, serving the men and women of the Armed Forces, Department of Defense, veterans, and their families. It offers many products and services, including savings accounts, checking accounts, debit cards, IRA accounts, certificates, and much more.

SWAN's CEO Deshauna Barber will be speaking at Navy Federal Credit Union's Women's History Month celebration to discuss the importance of empowering women service members and veterans through offering financial literacy programs, investment in women's business ventures, and the usage of community resources. Deshauna will share her inspiring journey of becoming the first soldier to win Miss USA and how her 11-year career in the Army reserve has helped her become a better CEO for Service Women's Action Network.

"I am incredibly excited that SWAN will be partnering with Navy Federal Credit Union! As a six-year Navy Federal Credit Union member, I know firsthand the Navy Federal Credit Union's opportunities for military members and veterans! I am excited to partner with Navy federal this month, and I look forward to exploring more opportunities with them in the future!" said Deshauna Barber, CEO of SWAN.
