WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
WE BELIEVE THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH TRAUMATIC EMOTIONS AND NEGATIVE EMOTIONS AFFECTING OUR DAY-TO-DAY LIVES.  WE DEVELOPED THE TACTICAL RESILIENCY PROCESS (TRP) WHICH IS THE HEART OF OUR INTERVENTIONS.  THEY ARE THE TRAUMA RESILIENCY-PROTOCOL (TRP) AND THE EMOTIONS MANAGEMENT PROCESS (EMP).

HOW WE DO IT
WE CHALLENGE THE STATUS QUO BY DEVELOPING RESEARCH ON EFFECTIVE TREATMENTS SUCH AS TRP/EMP, AND WE WERE ABLE TO SHOW 100 CLIENTS WERE SUCCESSFUL AT ELIMINATING THE SYMPTOMS OF PTSD IN OUR “TESTING THE MODEL” STUDY. WE COMPLETED A SECOND STUDY WITH 100 MORE CLIENTS IN “VALIDATING THE MODEL” TO SHOW ALL OF THEM WERE PTSD-FREE AS WELL.  THE THIRD STUDY SHOWED 66 CHILDREN ALSO BECAME PTSD-FREE, ALL OF THEM! LET THAT SINK IN!
OUR SUCCESS-BASED PRACTICE IS 100 PERCENT SUCCESSFUL AT NEUTRALIZING PTSD SYMPTOMS ACROSS 3 STUDIES
“THE BRAIN DOES THE WORK WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION IF VISUALS ARE DONE CORRECTLY.”
WHAT WE DO
WE ARE CONTRIBUTING TO A PURPOSE AND RESTORING THE LIVES OF AMERICA’S SONS AND DAUGHTERS THAT PUT A UNIFORM ON FOR A PURPOSE MUCH BIGGER THAN SELF.

THE TACTICAL RESILIENCY PROCESS CONSISTS OF THE TRAUMA RESILIENCY-PROTOCOL (TRP) & THE EMOTIONS MANAGEMENT PROCESS (EMP) THEY WILL HEAL THE HERO.

COSTS FOR TREATMENT
There are no costs or fees associated with veteran, first responder, spouse or minor children living in the home or Gold Star Family coaching. We will actually pay your coach to work with you. You can do the work remotely in the comfort of your own home.A typical client requires 2 sessions, however, some are finished after the first session. Yet a handful but not many can require 3 to 4 sessions

NO CONTENT IS SHARED IN THE SESSION
To heal, you are not required to bear the brunt of the emotions as in traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (Talk). This is a much better way of allowing you to work on the worst of the worst without sharing details.

100% Confidential, not reported to the Veterans Administration or your employer. No waiting list, someone is available 24/7, and you will not share any of the content of the traumas.

DenseBreast-info.org

Nonprofit DenseBreast-info.org is the world’s leading resource about dense breasts providing comprehensive information on what breast density is and how it affects cancer risk and cancer detection. This medically-sourced website brings together experts from around the world to offer an educational resource individuals can use to make more informed decisions.

5 Dense Breast Facts to Know:

1. Breasts are made of fat and glands that make milk, held together by fibrous tissue. The more glands and fibrous tissue compared to fatty tissue that a woman has, the “denser” her breast tissue.

2. Many women have dense breasts. This is normal and common. In fact, nearly half (over 40%) of women over age 40 have dense breasts.

3. When radiologists look at mammograms, they can see how dense the breasts are.

4. Dense tissue appears white on a mammogram, and so does cancer. This makes it harder for radiologists to see cancer in dense breasts. Because cancer can be missed, it is often found when larger and at a later stage in women with dense breasts.

5. Dense breasts are also a risk factor for breast cancer. A woman’s risk for breast cancer increases with the level of density in her breasts. ©DenseBreast-info, Inc.

Saprea Support Groups

Saprea Support Groups are led by survivors, for survivors. Saprea has identified some best practices and guidelines to ensure that, when followed, support groups offer emotional safety, confidentiality, and create the optimal environment for healing. Saprea’s clinically informed activities and resources, all of which have been reviewed by Saprea’s team of licensed therapists, are a great springboard for survivors to understand trauma and its impacts on the brain and body.

There is something powerful about a group of individuals with shared experience and motivation coming together to build a community. Great things can happen when people experience safety of understanding, support, and a desire for growth. That is exactly the type of experience Saprea wants survivors to find in a survivor led Saprea Support Group.

Saprea Online Healing Resources

Survivors can learn healthy coping strategies which empower them to reduce trauma symptoms, experience growth, and significantly improve the quality of their lives.

Using content and strategies from the Saprea Retreat, Saprea has created a library of research-based online resources to help survivors of child sexual abuse address symptoms that may be associated with their trauma. Using three healing practices of Acknowledgement, Mindfulness, and Aspiration as springboards, Saprea has practical, applicable tools that survivors can integrate into their already busy life. Healing is possible, one day at a time.
