PACT Act
President Joe Biden signed The PACT Act into law August 10, 2022. This law expands federal health care services for millions of veterans who served at military bases with exposure to toxic burn pits and other toxic substances. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans — and their survivors — with the care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve. SWAN supported and fought for the passing of the PACT Act. We are elated that millions of veterans and their families will receive the care and benefits. Most importantly we are thankful for the voices of our brave have been heard.
